Beyond the Strings

Through more than 15 years of teaching, learning, and learning how to teach, I’ve developed a highly personal approach based on empathy, connection and perception.I try to understand how each student thinks, listens and learns, supporting them through the process while also challenging them to keep moving forward. I believe music is learned not only through information and theory, but through perception, listening and experience, allowing each concept to become naturally connected to the instrument and to the music itself.

Ways to learn

I offer three different ways to learn:

one-to-one lessons in person, for a focused and highly personal learning experience; online lessons, offering the same individual approach from wherever you are;

guitar ensemble, where learning happens through playing, listening and interacting with other musicians.

Online Lessons

My online lessons are designed to make learning from a distance feel as clear and interactive as possible.

I use two camera angles so you can see both the overall playing position and close-up details of the hands. I can also share my screen in real time, using tablature, standard notation, chord charts and other visual materials depending on your level and what we are working on.

Audio from songs, backing tracks and exercises is shared directly during the lesson, allowing us to listen, analyze, slow down, loop and work on specific sections together.

I also use music software such as Guitar Pro 8, iReal Pro and Anytune when useful, integrating technology naturally into the lesson rather than letting it get in the way of the music.
